• 1x contribution (on one of the event days) to the programme in Theatre 1 or 2 (max. 60 people) with a 30 – 45 minute session. Content to be discussed with Programme Manager Jaarbeurs

• Participation Package:
  - Online company profile on event platform and website in category Silver
  - Easy preparation in event platform MyJaarbeurs
  - Personal invite to relations with own registration link
  - Collect leads by scanning visitor badges via event platform
  - Share content on event plaform (3x video placements, 3x post news items, 3x post product placements)
  - Make appointments with prospects via event platform
  - Access to the networking drinks on Wednesday 26, May in our central catering area.

• Alle prijzen zijn per m² kale vloeroppervlakte, exclusief standbouw. (Paviljoenpakket heeft een vaste prijs).

• Alle prijzen zijn excl. btw.

• Alle prijzen zijn onderhevig aan wijzigingen.

• De minimale standgrootte is 12 m².

• Voor A-locaties (zichtlocaties zoals in het entreegebied) geldt een toeslag van 10% op de m²-prijs.

• Bij eigen standbouw verplichte standkeuring van € 255.

• Pilaren op de standlocatie geven een reductie op de prijs van € 198 per pilaar.

• Afbeeldingen van standbouw zijn ter illustratie. Inrichting en vormgeving kunnen in de praktijk afwijken.

• Bij eigen horeca is een afdracht verplicht.
